As the year went on,the Criminals changed
their tactics.They went for soft targets which are
1.Constructions
2.Medical Doctors,Schools
3.Families

1.Constructions
The security in the Construction is very weak.Only one or two security officers in the Site Construction.
The extortionists are taking the construction site loophole where they demand 40-60% profit made.

2.Medical Doctors
It happens especially in the Eastern Cape,where the Criminals demand some money.That drive the Medication to be expensive and security.Perhaps they are blinded by the cars which they are driving.

3.Shops, Families 
These are Private properties.
They are soft targets,coupled with jealousy,failing to draw the government to
the unemployment
