Rising Crime

 There is a part which  we overlook which affects everybody, whether you are poor or rich,uneducated or  educated whether you are living in a rich suburb  or poor surbub.Crime can be avoided.I have tried  to make  some researches: 1.It is difficult  for the Criminal to attack a person who they don't know well. 2.Criminals  make a thoroughly  study before they attack their victim. 3.Who are the Criminals?                                            3.1 They are driven by wealth  hunger, revenge or avenge or greed. 3.2 Wealth hunger                                                      They could see Life becomes faster for them.They want to "catchup" their peers.          ...
